About me 

On a journey since 1973, with Alice since '97, with a dog since forever.

My soul plays rock music, rugby is in my bones, mountains in my heart and spices on my plate.

For over 20 years I have worked as a export manager for the most iconic brands in the fashion and design industry, creating, fostering and managing commercial networks in more than 80 markets on 4 continents.


In 2020 - after a demanding personal growth journey - the desire to start a new direction took shape and now I help SMEs leaders to embrace the necessary change, using my experience as a trainer and manager, and helping them find the energy they need within their team, and in the value of relationships.

My coaching method is the expression of my background with different business models: the creativity of the Made in Italy, the Japanese organization and the Anglo-Saxon business model. Small daily steps to grow steadily and consistently, because simple things are the best.
